Listing and Modifying Users
Overview
You can use the List/Modify Users tool to view the users in your course as well as change their role.
Search for Users

Select the correct course.

Select Control Panel in the course menu on the left.

Under User Management select List/Modify User.

You an search by last name, username, or email. You can also select the Search button to recieve a full list of users in the course except for yourself or any users with a higher role than you.
Change a User's Role

Once you have the user list displayed, Select Properties to the right of the user's name.

The only area that can be modified is 4 Role and Availability.
- Select the radio button next to the correct role for that user.

Select Submit.

Select OK.
