Allow Guest Access

Overview
You can set users as Guests and be able to limit what they see more strictly than what your students see.

Allow guest access via the Blackboard Control Panel:

1. Go to the course you want to make Available or Unavailable to students.
2. Select Control Panel in the course menu on the left.
3. Under Course Options, select Settings.
4. Select Guest Access.
5. Decide whether you want the course to be available or unavailable to guests. If guests are going to be able to see the course at all Make Course Available needs to be set to Yes; to hide it from guests, this should be set to No.
6. Select Submit .
7. Select Ok.
