Add a Folder
Overview
One common use of Blackboard by instructors is to store important documents where their students can access them at any time.
Add a folder using the Blackboard Control Panel:
- Go to the course in which you wish to add your assignment.
- Select Control Panel in the course menu on the left.
- Select the content area in which you wish to place the folder (usually Course Library or Assignments).
- Select +Folder.
- Provide a name for the folder.
- If you wish your students to be able to see the folder, make sure that Make Content Available is set to Yes.
- Select Submit.
- Select Ok.
