The Online Software Engineering major is specifically designed for the student preparing for a career as a software professional, providing excellent preparation for a fulfilling lifetime career as a computer professional.

The curricula takes a systems view of computing, emphasizing the interdependence of design, object orientation, and distributed systems and networks, from basic software through systems design to software engineering.

The typical part-time student will be able to complete this degree program in 4 years (10 semesters, including 2 summer semesters).
