Instructional Systems (major in Performance Improvement and Human Resource Development)
Master of Science

Students can earn a Master's degree in Instructional Systems with a major in Performance Improvement and Human Resource Development online from FSU.  This major focuses on the challenges of developing and managing workplace learning and performance.  It provides masters degree students with skills, knowledge and applied training in the analysis of performance problems in the workplace and the design, development, management, and evaluation of instructional and non-instructional solutions to those performance problems.

Learners who graduate with a Master’s in this major will be able to work in organizations to coordinate the various functions that pertain to human performance improvement, and in leadership and managerial roles in training and human resource development within business, public agencies and nonprofit organizations.
