The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies is now offering its Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration as a completely online program. The program is designed to prepare professionals for administrative positions in schools, school districts, and educational agencies. The program of studies incorporates a core of professional knowledge, a research component, and an experiential component, including personal and professional areas. Emphases include strong academic training and the development of individual candidates as aspiring leaders who can cope personally and professionally with the ambiguities associated with educational leadership in a multiplicity of organizational environments and in an environment of rapid change. Course content is aligned with state and national standards and blends both theoretical and practical approaches to K-12 educational leadership.

Students who are taking 6 semester hours or more may be eligible for financial aid. If you are interested in applying for financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form is available online on the Office of Financial Aid website. The website also provides financial aid information pertaining to the University.
