You have read all about us and are now ready to take your next step: to apply. So that we can lead you in the right direction, select the link below that best describes your student status.

Please note that online learners must submit TWO applications for admission:

1. the appropriate University Admissions application and
2. the Supplemental Admissions application for online learners.

Graduate Students

  • FSU link Admissions Deadlines
  • Degree-seeking student - You are seeking a master's or a specialist degree.
  • Readmission student - You were previously an FSU student and now want to be readmitted.
  • Special student -You want to take classes at FSU but are not currently seeking a degree from FSU. (Note: Only 12 credit hours taken as a special student may transfer toward a graduate degree program.)
  • Transient student - You're a graduate student at another university, or you're a postdoctoral student, and you want to take a graduate-level class at FSU.

Undergraduate Students

    FSU has exceeded our enrollment limitations and, as a result, we are only able to accept Summer and Fall 2008 applications from students transferring directly to FSU after receiving the AA degree from a Florida public community college.

  • FSU link Admissions Deadlines
  • Degree-seeking student - You are seeking a bachelor's degree.
  • Readmission student - You were previously an FSU student and now want to be readmitted.
  • Special student - You want to take classes at FSU but are not currently seeking a degree from FSU. (Note: Only 15 credit hours taken as a special student may transfer toward an undergraduate degree program.)
  • Transient student - You want to take a class at another university.
