The Resource Guide presents a general overview of the Florida's publicly funded mental health system, descriptions of the most prevalent mental health conditions, and resource listings mental health, substance abuse, and TANF specialists and agencies. The Guide is designed primarily for those TANF specialists and other mental health and substance abuse providers working within adult mental health services. It can be used to assist people who may have questions about how to access supports and services in Florida for people who may be at risk of, or have, a mental health condition or psychiatric disability.
