Blackboard 8 Online Resources
Are you interested in learning more about Blackboard 8? Both Blackboard and the Center for Teaching and Learning have created several online videos, manuals, and reference cards to help you do just that. Here you will find a consolidated listing of the online resources we have to offer. Additional resources will be regularly added as they are created or approved.
New Features of Blackboard 8The new release of Blackboard offers several new or enhanced features including the Grade Center, peer assessment components, and social bookmarking tools. Explore these resources for a general view of what release 8 has to offer.

The Grade Center, formerly called the Gradebook, is a new grading tool that allows professors to create reports, maintain custom groupings of students, view the history of grade changes, and edit the Grade Center spreadsheet.
