Steps to Your Webcast

Presenting
  1. Schedule your presentation with our Conference Services Manager, Catia Carballo.
  2. Prepare your speaker with the logistical information and presentation materials such as Powerpoint presentations and graphics.
  3. Publicize your presentation and webcast using a custom URL or embedded webcast player.
  4. Arrive on-site to record the presentation at the new Florida State Conference Center.
  5. Present as your on-site and online audience watches in real-time; the archived version can be viewed on-demand at any time.

We offer a choice of two players for your audience:

Silverlight Player

Guantanamo Example

The Silverlight Player provides a dynamic experience with context-based viewing with user-controlled video and slide placement either side-by-side, picture-in-picture, and full screen options. This player dynamically resizes video and slides. We can create a custom banner and even embed the webcast in a custom webpage. Audience participation is encouraged through the use of links, polls, questions and downloadable materials. This player may prompt the viewer to download the free Silverlight player. This player is not compatible with non-Intel Macs.

Classic Player

Offshore Webcast

The Classic Player also offers high resolution, full motion video and content presentation. Audience participation is encouraged through the use of links, polls, questions and downloadable materials. This player also offers user-controlled video and custom branding. This player generally requires nothing more than a browser and Internet connectivity.
