Certificate in Professional Writing

Writing well and stating your ideas accurately help make you a more valuable employee and satisfied individual.

If you take all three classes in the program, you earn a Certificate in Professional Writing from Florida State University. Each class is worthwhile on its own so they can be completed individually. Take those that interest you or best suit your personal enrichment needs!

These three courses also teach writing skills stressed in the Governor's Plain Language communication initiative.

Grammar in the Workplace: Early Spring
Critical Writing: Late Summer
Technical Writing and Editing: Fall
