Donna Jordan is a financial planning practitioner, and investment advisor. She holds a Master's degree and five professional designations; Certified Financial Planner®; Accredited Investment Fiduciary® Chartered Life Underwriter; Registered Health Underwriter and Certified Divorce Planner. She has had over 30 years of experience in a broad range of financial services, to include banking, mortgage banking, insurance, investments, and employee benefits.
Ms. Jordan is also a state-designated instructor for continuing education for life and health insurance professionals in the State of Florida, and has instructed consumer education courses in financial planning at both Pensacola Junior College and Okaloosa-Walton Community College. In addition to teaching the Introduction to Financial Planning course in the online program, she has also taught the Intro and Retirement Planning courses for FSU in the traditional classroom program and is guest lecturer for the Life and Health segments of the online Insurance Planning course. She has also served on the textbook selection committee for the CFP® Board of Standards. In 2001, Mutual Funds Magazine selected her as one of the "100 great financial planners in the US".
Ms. Jordan is a Past President and Board Member of the Gulf States Chapter of the Financial Planning Association; Past President of the Northwest Florida Chapter of the American Society of Financial Service Professionals; Past President and member of the NW Florida Estate Planning Council, and President of the Past-Presidents Council of the Pensacola Association of Life Underwriters. Ms. Jordan was also a founding member of the Northwest Florida Association of Health Underwriters.
She has also served her community in a number of capacities; currently serving as a member of the United Way Distribution Committee. She has also been a member of the Rotary Club of Gulf Breeze; Liberty Sertoma and a Board member for Alzheimer's Family Services.
