Room Rental

From intimate workshops to elaborate conferences, the Florida State Conference Center is able to accommodate your program's every need with comfort, style and flexible design. We have three video walls, live webcasting, a 400-seat auditorium, a 320-seat dining room, an executive boardroom, and eight additional breakout rooms that can host from 10-100 guests.

Media

You may have pondered taking your event online in the past. Now, the Florida State Conference Center makes it easy and affordable to bridge distance and allow people to attend your event virtually. All rooms are equipped with smart lecterns, high definition video cameras and webcast capabilities. Extended eMedia services are also available.

FSU Collection of Fees Related to Conferencing or Workshops

The Florida State Conference Center offers a wide range of conferencing services to our University community. You may take advantage of as many as you like, but the collection of fees directly related to any conference or workshop must be handled through APPS/CPD as stipulated in Florida Statute 6C2-5.090.

FSU Sponsored Events

Events sponsored by university units funded through Educational and General (E & G) allocations may be eligible for reduced rates. Submit the FSU Sponsored Event Application Form online, and one of our professional event planners will contact you for more information.
